Minor update

I’m back in Santa Barbara as of Saturday awaiting the beginning of classes on Thursday. Life here is extremely boring at the moment. Once again, the music department changed the time of a class I was hoping to take so that it conflicts with another class. I can do a lot of things every week provided that no two of them are at the same time. I suppose I’ll take the music class iff I decide I hate Lie algebras on Thursday, but somehow that doesn’t seem too likely. I don’t know why classes have to change times so much. It’s extremely annoying.

About Simon

Hi. I'm Simon Rubinstein-Salzedo. I'm a mathematics postdoc at Dartmouth College. I'm also a musician; I play piano and cello, and I also sometimes compose music and study musicology. I also like to play chess and write calligraphy. This blog is a catalogue of some of my thoughts. I write them down so that I understand them better. But sometimes other people find them interesting as well, so I happily share them with my small corner of the world.
